Relaxed & Regulated is a live, group healing activation. Once a month Ashlee takes a small group of women through a guided somatic and subconscious experience in real time. The goal is simple: get your body out of survival mode and into a state where it actually feels safe to settle, to open, and to receive.

You log on, cameras off, and Ashlee guides you through everything. No experience needed, no particular headspace required. Just you, a quiet space, and a willingness to be led.

The difference between this and other nervous system tools is where it works. This goes underneath the dysregulation itself, clearing the patterns driving it so your body stops defaulting back to survival. That is your body learning, maybe for the first time, that it’s safe to let go.

WHAT THIS WORK ADDRESSES

A regulated nervous system doesn't just make you feel calmer. It changes how you show up in every area of your life. Here's what becomes possible when your body is no longer in survival mode:

What you're able to receive — A dysregulated nervous system blocks abundance, love, and opportunity at the body level. No matter how much you visualize or affirm, if your system doesn't feel safe enough to receive, it will repel what you're calling in. Regulation opens that door.

Identity and self-concept — Regulation is the foundation of identity work. When your nervous system is stuck in survival, you can't fully step into who you're becoming. A regulated body is what makes a new version of yourself feel safe enough to actually embody.

Emotional reactivity — The hair-trigger responses, the overreactions, the emotions that feel bigger than the situation. Regulation brings you back into your window of tolerance.

Your nervous system doesn't care how much inner work you've done. It doesn't read your journal. It doesn't respond to affirmations. It responds to one thing: whether or not it feels safe. And if it doesn't, it will override everything else you're trying to build.

What happens during our time together…

Welcome and intention setting — We open together. You arrive in your own space, get settled, and set a personal intention for what you're releasing and what you're opening to receive.

Live healing activation — This is a fully guided experience. Ashlee walks you through a live somatic clearing in real time, directing your attention, your breath, and your body as the session unfolds. Stored tension, old survival patterns, and whatever you've been carrying all get an opportunity to move.

Regulation and recalibration — Ashlee guides your nervous system into a genuine state of safety and regulation. This is recalibration. Your body learning that it's safe to settle, to open, and to be at ease.

Integration and close — Space to ground back into your body, share, journal, and integrate the work we did in the container. You'll leave feeling tangibly different, and the integration continues working in the days that follow.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Ashlee Hope is a Mindset and Subconscious Reprogramming Coach, certified Hypnotherapy Practitioner, and NLP Practitioner who has spent nearly a decade helping women move past the place where traditional mindset work stops producing results.

Her work sits at the intersection of subconscious reprogramming, mindset, and healing at the body level, because she knows that lasting transformation requires working at every level: the conscious mind, the subconscious, and what the body is holding. When you address all three, that's when the shift actually sticks.

  • It's a monthly live healing activation on Zoom. Ashlee guides a small group of women through a somatic and subconscious experience designed to regulate the nervous system, release what the body has been holding, and create a new baseline of safety and ease.

  • Not at all. Ashlee guides you through every moment of the session. All you need is a quiet space, your journal, some water, and a willingness to show up and receive.

  • No. Cameras are off. Always. You never have to be seen if you don't want to.

  • No. This is a live experience and there will not be a recording. This is intentional. Showing up live is part of the work.

  • Breathwork and meditation are part of how we open the session. But this goes further than either of those alone. Ashlee works at the somatic and subconscious level, which means we're addressing the patterns underneath the dysregulation, not just creating a temporary state of calm.
